DESCRIPTION
The medal of St. Benedict, one of the most popular devotional medals in the Church, is used to call down God's blessing and protection upon us, wherever we are, especially through the intercession of St. Benedict.
By the conscious and devout use of the medal, it becomes, as it were, a constant silent prayer, asking for God's blessing, for Jesus to be our guide, and for strength against evil in times of temptation.
