We hope you truly love your St Gabriel Studio piece. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Full-priced items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect purchases, we are pleased to provide a store credit (issued as a digital gift card) so you can choose something that feels perfect for you.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Sale items are also final sale and are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To ensure fairness for all customers, we are unable to accept returns if items:

Are not returned in original packaging

Are sent back outside the 14-day return period
If you would like to request a return or exchange, please email us at info@stgabrielstudio.com.au with your order number. We will guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Store credits are issued once your return has been received and assessed. Credits are provided as a digital gift card for use on our online store.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@stgabrielstudio.com.au including your order number and photos.
We will gladly repair, replace, or refund faulty items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Care & Warranty
Our pieces are thoughtfully crafted and designed to last. However, natural wear over time and damage caused by improper care are not covered under warranty.
To preserve the beauty of your jewellery and other devotional items, we recommend following our care guidelines.
