The Miraculous Medal Ring has on the front Mary Immaculate and on the back the cross with the letter M below representing Mary and her involvement in our salvation as the Mother of the Church. Along with two hearts of the Sacred Heart of Jesus crowned with thorns and the Immaculate Heart of Mary pierced by a sword. And twelve stars representing the apostles.
